SITEBUILDER: Why do I have to keep logging in?
Solution

All self-editable websites have a feature whereby you will be logged out automatically after a period of inactivity. This feature is designed to help safeguard your site if you get called away from the machine you are working on or accidentally leave yourself logged in.

The only way we have of measuring that inactivity is by timing how long it is since you opened or saved a document. If you are editing a document and have entered a large amount of text without saving regularly, this is counted as an inactive period and it is likely you will be have been logged out when you go to save your page and therefore lose the work you have entered.

For this reason, we highly recommend that you save a page you are editing frequently. This will also help guard against problems if your Internet connection glitches or your modem disconnects. For reference, the timeout facility cannot be disabled.
