If you would like to buy a .co.uk, .com etc domain name for use with your Recipero website, then you will need to provide us with three pieces of information.
1) The address of the domain you wish to register. This will usually be in the form of - thisismydomain.co.uk, thisismydomain.com etc. The prices that we charge for domain names are below. If you desired domain name is already taken, we will offer suggestions for other domain extensions, such as a .com domain name instead of a .co.uk.
.co.uk, .org.uk = £10+VAT
.com, .org, .net = £25+VAT
.uk.net, .eu.com = £65+VAT
All prices are excluding VAT and are for one year only.
2) The second piece of information we will need is who is to be the 'Legal Registrant'. The legal registrant is the individual or organisation (e.g. limited company, partnership, sole trader etc) that registers a specific domain name. This individual or organisation holds the right to use that specific domain name for a specified period of time. This person or organisation is the ‘legal entity’ bound by the terms and conditions of the domain name registration agreement with Nominet (the operating body for .uk domains).
3) The address of your .ik website. This may be in the form of mywebsite.ik.com, mywebsite.ik.org or mywebsite.btik.com.
Once you have these three pieces of information, you will need to contact us to inform us of them. This can be done through our support site at http://support.recipero.com/index.php by clicking the 'Contact us for support' button. We will then be back to check to see if the domain is available and register it for you. .
Once the domain has been set up you will then need to login to your websites account where you will see that a new charge has been added to your websites 'Payment area'. Clicking on this button will take you through to the Payment Area where you have the options of paying by Debit/Credit card, by BACs transfer or by sending in a cheque. You can also download a pro forma invoice from the payment area should you require one. .
Please be aware that if payment is not received for a website by the time it is due then the domain will be removed and your website may be taken offline.
