Due to staff changes if nobody in your organisation has the login details to access the website, you will need to follow the below procedure.

You will need to send us either written of fax confirmation on your organisations headed paper. This should detail that it is acceptable for us to disclose login details to yourself or another named person, and contain the email address of where you would like the login details sent. This should have the full name of, and be signed by the leading representative of your organisation (headteacher for schools).

It's then important that you update your contact details to the new site manager, including name, telephone number and email address. This can be changed on the 'Welcome to your account' screen. Click on the 'Account details' link (second box down on the left) where you will be able to update this information. Further information is available in the Update your contact details article.
