All accounts on the NMPR require not just a username/password but also a PIN (Personal Identification Number). The four-digit PIN will need to be periodically entered into your account when you login and is designed to help add an extra layer of security to the NMPR.
PINs are emailed out to the police email address (username) for every single NMPR account. If for any reason you have not received this PIN or have misplaced it then you will need to send an email to contact us and we will be able to generate a new PIN for you. The new PIN will then be sent out to you in a separate email.
Alternatively, you can resend the PIN yourself. Once you have logged into the NMPR you can click on the "click here to resend your PIN now" link. A new PIN will then be sent out to you.
