All times recorded in the NMPR are based on GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) and these do not adjust to BST (British Summer Time) during the summer months. This means that any historic record on the NMPR that has a time recorded on it will be in GMT, even if the record was added during a period when the UK is using BST.
This is important as it keeps all records with a single time zone and avoids over complicating the system. It is important to keep this in mind though when looking at the records to try and determine the exact times that something occurred.
